Let’s See If We’re a Good Fit
Every carrier operates differently, and I want to ensure my support aligns perfectly with your business. Tell me about your equipment, lanes, goals, and preferences so we can build a partnership that truly works for you.
What I Look At Before We Work Together
Before we move forward, I want to understand how your operation actually runs—your equipment, preferred lanes, home-time goals, deadhead limits, communication preferences, and what kind of dispatch support you need. That helps me determine whether my support fits your operation before we begin the formal onboarding process.

What Happens After You Submit Your Inquiry
Step 1: I Review Your Inquiry
I’ll review the information you provided to better understand your equipment, lanes, operating preferences, and dispatch support needs.
Step 2: We Have a Conversation
If it looks like we may be a good fit, we’ll talk through your operation, expectations, communication preferences, and any questions you have.
Step 3: Formal Onboarding
If we both decide to move forward, I’ll send the required onboarding documents, dispatcher-carrier agreement, authorization documents, and carrier information forms for review and signature.
Step 4: Dispatch Begins After Onboarding Is Complete
Dispatch services do not begin until all required documents are completed, signed, reviewed, and your carrier setup is ready.
